This store was absolutely immaculate. There was zero dust anywhere and not a single product was out of place. The pharmacy staff greeted me right away and my prescription was filled quickly. The register staff were super friendly also and I was able to get in and out fast. It was a very pleasant experience!

I love this Pharmacy. The store is so clean and the shelves are neat and tidy.I had the pleasure of being served by Amy , who was so friendly and very knowledgeable in the products . She took the time to make sure I left the store with everything I needed. Katy at the register was also very friendly and asked if I found everything I was looking for.Such a pleasant experience.Will definitely be returning to this store .

Clarifying before review, I’m a 13 year long standing customer.I have been keeping my prescriptions on file at Terry White Chemist (Previously Calanna chemist Thuringowa)I have been using the “MedAdvisor” app to order my required prescriptions.I detail what quantities, and dosages, and the orders still are not correct.Having checked my bag today (Felt light), I was missing one of 2 boxes of medication (I have 56/month)Second item I’ve discovered tonight at 11:15pm, is I’ve been given a half dose of blood pressure medication, so rather than a box of 10mg (ordered as 10mg), 5mg given.I’ve asked, and discussed alternatives to “Sandoz” branded drugs, in particular an alternative to Sandoz Norspan. The adhesive struggles to stick, and prefer my standard brand I *WAS* getting.Staff have always been helpful, friendly, and eager even when under the pump with large amounts of customers. (Why I use MedAdvisor-walk in, walk out…..when order is supplied correctly.)Location is excellent for me, as is using the app, but if I continue having errors, and chasing around to correct the errors, I’ll go elsewhere.

Always going above and beyond. Even since combining with Terry White. This is my go to Chemist! Thankful for the late opening hours too.

Absolutely terrible service. Used to be good when it was just Calanna but have been terrible since Terry White took over. Was told my medication would arrive in 2 days. 7 days later and I still didn’t have a response. Called up and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. Called back and placed on hold again, only to be told that no one ordered my medication in the first place. Asked to speak to the pharmacist and after being placed on hold AGAIN for 10 minutes was told that it had arrived but they put it in the recycle bin? Didn’t even get a call to say it had arrived. When I finally went to pick it up there was hardly anyone in the chemist and I was made to wait when it was ready to go in plain sight because the clerk serving me was looking for Christmas cards for someone who called over the phone? Absolutely terrible. Never going back.

I have been attending Calanna ever since they started when I lived at JensenEven when I moved to Kiwan I still chose to go to Calanna as the staff have always been kind courteous and professional

Order diabetes equipment through here. Fast turn around for supplies but not available walk in off the shelf. Also havnt asked but would be nice to have a recurring order system

I’ve been attending Calanna for years, found it to be clean, easy to find and accessible. Staff are great, always helpful and if they don’t have the answers they will certainly do their best to get it. Waiting time for Scripts are pretty good, and there isn’t a big line up of customers.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and the Pharmacist, Ella, always makes sure we are looked after. If she's not there the others are also caring and understanding.

Amazing store, always tidy and amazing customer service. The Team goes above and beyond for customers- Amy is a wonderful team Member who knows a lot about products and what is suitable for your needs
