Usually the chain is our favourite, but on a busy day this store will be slow, sloppy, small quantities, with an incorrect order. Crushed chips were stale and each of the toppings were placed in the wrong order. Was still better than Guzman or Tex Mex, but we'll try again next time.

More of a 3.5 star. The food is nice but it’s also not cheap to buy. I had the black rice and lamb, tastes good but it cost almost $15

Sadly I didn't like the nachos I the ones I got from Zombrero compared to the ones I make at home or from another food destination in New Lambton I'm sorry for that negative feedback ,I was very pleased to see you desplay a sign for potential allergens in your foods of what might be some stuff and what is not in some other stuff though the sign could be made bigger for customers like myself who have poor vision or can't see especially very small print I only wish every single other takeaway / restaurant's and cafe's took this idea ,Your staff members have been friendly and respectful and helpful towards me and my sister when we have visited this store previously , Ohh and to whoever replies to this review I'm sorry but I will not be able to contact you back unless you give a phone number as I don't know how to use email properly me not technically minded . ❤️ Thank you Aimee Stromeier

I got served by a very wonderful and sweet girl who made an awesome beef nacho bowl. The spicy sauce that she recommended was spot on and well presented I am definitely coming back again and again if she's working there. Great place!

Not sure how what I purchased could be called a burrito. The beef" was the same consistency as wet cat food and lacking in any flavor. The person at the counter rolled it in such a way my first 2 bites were lettuce

I am a frequent customer at the Zambrero chain, but the service I received this evening from the jumped up boy was disgusting, he was more interested in scanning the people walking past than listening to my order, he ended up covering my burrito with lettuce which I didn’t ask for then in a childish strop threw it in the bin and told me that I asked for it (I have never had lettuce in my life!) not a good image!

So angry spent $13 on a small burrito and it was the size of my finger paid extra for half a teaspoon of guac. Friggen ridiculous worst place ive ever been too
