The door supplied by knock knock doors was faultyI have been in contact with them twice and am still no closer to getting the issue resolvedWouldn't recommend any of there products if this door is anything to go off

Some might not like their straight forward approach, but, there is NO have a nice day" false sells pitch. They DO know what their talking about

Great service with selecting the style and type of door we needed. Installation went smoothly with no issues. Very happy with end result.

Matthew and Sharon at Knock Knock doors were amazing with product advice and knowledge so I could figure out which door to buy. The products are high quality and just can't be compared to a Bunnings door, or others around. I bought four sold timber doors and so glad I spent the money rather than buying a cheaper inferior door. I also can't recommend enough getting Knock Knock Doors to install your new doors. They do such a good job and really not worth the stress and time finding a cheaper installer to do the work at the risk of a bad job and damaging the doors. I'm so happy I spent the money on good doors and installation, the end result is noticeable.

Worst experience ever. Older sales person, so rude. We went in for a front door with installation. He told us numerous times he was too busy" and wasn't interested in the style of door we like

We were very impressed with the customer service and attention to detail from Knock Knock Doors. We had a solid timber front door installed which was oversize and needed to be cut down to a custom size. We recently had our back door installed by a chain company and had a very bad experience and we wished we had known about Knock Knock Doors from the start. The door itself is extremely high quality, the door jamb and door were measured and installed accurately and we are very happy with the end result.

Called to organise a Quote however was told they cannot assist as they are closing the business down after 40 years. What an effort. Enjoy retirement!

Extremely disappointing customer service. I visited the store in person and emailed several times requesting a quote and they failed to provide one. I visited the store again to follow up - they assured me I would have a quote emailed that afternoon - nothing came. The staff were rather unfriendly and uninterested in assisting me.

Absolutely disgraceful & appalling customer service, owner has refused to refund on faulty products after spending a significant amount of money, nothing but trouble since installation will be taking the issue further to consumer affairs to have problem rectified. Wish I never purchased anything to begin with.
