Diamonds Plus
A stone fell out from a ring I bought from Diamonds Plus 6 years ago. The stone was found and the ring returned to the manufacturer even though it was out of warranty. Amazingly the manufacturer sent back a new ring. I was very happy

I had a wedding ring custom made and it turned out even more beautiful than I imagined. Melanie was wonderful to deal with. It was such an easy stress-free experience from start to finish. I’m so happy with my beautiful wedding ring. I would definitely recommend Diamonds + to anyone. :-)

Mel was a wonderful help to my now husband who had an engagement ring handmade for me. He said he wouldn't have been able to do it without her help.We have just had our wedding ring made to fit the engagement ring and the design far exceeded my expectations. Could not be happier. Thank you to Anet who made both rings so perfectly. Highly recommend Diamonds Plus for quality jewellery and craftsmanship along with quality gold and diamonds and a helpful, knowledgeable team. ♡

This is the second time we've purchased from Diamonds Plus Jewellers in Lismore. The first time was to buy an engagement ring, and I was really happy with the service, so we decided to come back and see what Melanie could do for us for our wedding rings. Melanie has been great to work with, and always really helpful. Thanks Melanie, keep up the great work, and will be back next time we need something!

Melanie at Diamonds Plus Jewellers in Lismore was really helpful. Having looked around at other places for what I was looking for, I found the service from others wasn't even close to what Melanie at Diamonds Plus offered. She was friendly, helpful conversational and helped find just what I needed! There was a small mixup with another staff member charging for something that had already been included, but after speaking with Melanie, everything was promptly sorted out. Highly recommended.

A huge thank you to Mel who helped me with getting my engagement ring repaired. When I picked it up the ring looked even better then when my husband originally proposed. Mel was a pleasure to deal with and even coordinated everything with my insurance which made the process so easy!! From now on we will be going to Diamonds Plus for our Jewellery purchases.

I bought a gold chain from the previous owner over 10years ago and took it in hoping Mel could help me get it fixed. Mel remembered me by name from all those years ago! Mel was so helpful, she contacted the original maker of the chain (the beauties of buying from local business owners) who agreed to replace the chain for the cost of postage!! I cannot thank Mel enough, and could not recommend the team at diamonds plus highly enough..
