Friendly, helpful service and honest about their work. I actually only used Thompson as part of a warranty claim for Mitsubishi, but whilst onsite organised to have all our aircons serviced. Will continue to use Thomson Refrigeration moving forward. Can't fault them or their professionalism.

Lance and the boys came to install the ducted air conditioning. They arrived right on time. The work was done in a very professional and timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves and ran us through the operational procedures for the AC. Would highly recommend this company if you are looking for air conditioning installation.

Exorbitant prices, no bookings after 4pm. Absolute joke. Have you not heard of spitting to start times. Half start at 8am the other half at 10am till 6pm. Not very customer focused

Poor communication. Technicians booked do not have required skills to complete repairs. Then they send you a bill… yet they haven’t completed any repairs or rectified your issue.UPDATE: The owner contacted me to discuss our experience based on this review - with a polite email exchange my outstanding issues with them are resolved.

I have called out the guys a few times over the past 6 years for commercial refrigeration work. I've never had a problem with the time they took either to respond or to conduct the work. That also means they haven't excessively charged. You can write all the nasty reviews you want but ultimately you get more done if you use the power of speech for good, not evil. I would use them again and I know other local businesses do also.
