Not happy at all. Pests continued to appear in the house even weeks after the treatment was carried out. Reported it but refused to come revisit to carry out the treatment. Made lame excuses saying our house wasn't prepared well for the treatment. $240 down the drain.Never using this company again.Had to call out another pest control person to carry out a proper treatment.

Richard was very responsive when we had the unfortunate situation that our cat had died under our house. I sent him an online request late on a Thursday night and he came at lunch time the next day and was able to retrieve the cat from a disused duct. Retrieving dead animals is certainly not a pleasant job, but he was very professional and thankfully was able to locate her. Highly recommended.

Came out the day I called and on time. Did his thing and left. A couple of weeks later the wasps were back. Rang him and he attended that day and fixed the problem. Highly recommended.

Dr Maks was professional, polite and came within a day of us calling for help. He did a phenomenal job, and had the problem fixed in 30 minutes. A total lifesaver! I highly recommend him to anyone having pest issues, and will definitely be using his services again!

Excellent at what he does. I wouldn't buy a house in Canberra without getting Richard to check it for termites first! Saved us from a world of trouble finding them prior to auction. Eradicated them in another, also fixed my parents house. Highly recommended.

Richard prepared a very thorough Termite Inspection Report and later carried out a Termite Treatment which included surrounding the perimeter of the house with a 'Termidor'' barrier, locating the entry point of the termites and liaising with the neighbours to locate & treat the nests in their large gum trees. He & his team were very professional and thorough and they cleaned up after themselves. Five Stars!
