Coogee Sports & Remedial Massage

I do a lot of running, so needed a general loosening up of my muscles. I booked in for a remedial massage and loved it. Masae has a fluid style of massage and did a wondering job getting into all the tight spots of the muscles. I walked out feeling great! I would thoroughly recommend her, and will be rebooking soon.

Suffering from stiff neck, pinched nerves and headaches, after sustaining injury during a footy game, I was sceptical in finding a genuine sports massage therapist. And admit, was sceptical turning up for my appointment at CS&RM. Glad I did.Mauricio, was professional, knowledgeable and importantly listened to find out how I sustained my injuries – areas of pain and level of pain felt. The massage focused on the problematic areas – pinpointing the knots etc in the neck – upper/lower shoulder and middle back areas, had my back cracked adjusting a few notches out of whack - which was great as it worked in releasing some of the tension and pain – while explaining things along the way.At the end of the massage, I felt lighter and relaxed feeling less tension and pain in my body. Masae was great. She works hard! She addressed every one of my concerns... and I had quite a few! I'll be back for sure. They are definitely well attuned to athletes.

Had a great first visit with Oliver to treat RSI in my elbows as well as general stress in neck and shoulders. He did some adjustments that I haven't had from other remedial therapists (so is super knowledgeable). The session is treatment focused vs. a typical 'relaxing' massage which is what I was looking for.

Masae was recommended by my husband and she far exceeded my expectations. I had damaged my back a few weeks prior as well as having ongoing knee problems. Masae worked very thoroughly to pinpoint the problem areas and how she could help me. Since then my back has felt much better and she's given me exercises to do to help my knee.

Came in for a remedial massage after developing a neck/shoulder sports injury and left feeling far more relaxed. Young Jin Lee provided a thorough physical assessment and was able to target areas directly to relieve the pain I was experiencing. Will certainly be returning in the future.

Oliver is absolutely amazing! The reviews don't lie, he really is that good, above and beyond - he is incredibly talented at what he does and his approach is one that I haven't experienced before at a massage. He has a lovely grounding energy and makes you feel at ease. He discovers knots that you don't even know about and alleviates it easily with massage and dry needling. Thank you so much! My regular spot now I can't recommend it enough.

Can’t recommend Vlad enough!! I’ve had a few sessions and have noticed such a difference. No longer have the shoulder pain I’ve been experiencing for 4 years. Vlad’s knowledge is incredible and you can tell that he’s passionate and genuinely cares. Thanks Vlad :)
