I usually never ever post negative reviews. However, this experience deserves one. Shocking customer service. I just needed my nails painted professionally as I had an important event coming up. The job was rushed, left no time for drying and literally within 5 minutes of being told it’s okay to leave, everything came off the nails. Huge waste of money and my time!

Do not go to this nail salon! Took my daughter to this salon last Sunday and firstly they spoke in their Asian language only. The staff laughed at us and another customer half way through the process. The told us it was shellac and it was just plain nail polish! It has worn off and started peeling 2 hours after it was done. Now 2 days later see the pictures below! Scammers do not trust.

This nail place is amazing, under the new management the staff are very friendly. My nails have lasted very long considering how long they are. The quality is amazing and i loved the designs.

Worst experience last few times from Tammie!!!! Me and my daughter are a regular customers and i always bring in business to Hollywood nails by recommending your nail service to my friends. Last time my daughter had SNS and manicure from the the manager and my daughter was disappointed. Tammie messed up the coffin shape and the nail came out in a week so my daughter is now reluctant to get service from your place. This time i got SNS only from Tammie and she did the worst service ever. I am very unhappy with the nails, she was rude when i pointed her to be careful with the nails, to which her response was that I was talking a lot over the phone and should concentrate which is ridiculous response as it should be other way round ..the person providing the service must concentrate where as she took more than an hour to fix my nails. The manager pretended that she doesn’t understand english and buffed my left thumb nail three times removed paint few times and keep on touching it and messing it for few times. When I pointed that to her asking why was she doing that all she said was that its a new product and she is testing it. Really!! Why would you do that to your customers :( No professionalism whatsoever ever. It seems like she does not know how to do the nails professionally. She took more than an hour to do my sns nails while my friend who got pedicure shellac and sns on nails in the same time from other girl over there and her nails looked perfect. Please look at the pictures, i got the nails done on weekend and just in 2 days its already looking so bad and ugly thick layered. I still like Hollywood nails as few others are very skilled and they do a good job. I used to be your customer from Glen store and now that its closed so i always take service from Bendan park but now I do not want to come back and would not recommend it as I don’t want my friends to have similar bad experience. :(

I have been coming to Hollywood Nails for years & would not go anywhere else. This morning I went in for a pedicure & SNS on my nails. My usual. I was left with my feet dangling in tepid water for 20 minutes, when the girl came to start my pedicure I informed her that I would only get the pedicure and come back on Monday for my nails because I now didn’t have time for both. The expression on her face said she cracked it, she turned the bath off, phoned someone, then turned to me & said I could come back on Monday & get both done. She then walked away & I was dismissed.I’ve gone downstairs to try out that salon & I won’t be returning to Hollywood Nails in Brandon Park

This service is unacceptable. Despite getting my nails done for the last 7 years, I have never come across a place as poorly managed as this. They do not complete the job properly. Although they used water to do my pedicure, they did not put any salt in it. Moreover, they hurried through my nail treatment even though there were no other customers waiting. After they were finished, I had to remind them to apply oil, and the staff member who did it seemed indifferent.I will never return to this establishment again. They charged me more than what I paid at a much better nail salon.If you really are keen to get your nails done properly. DONOT VISIT THIS PLACE.

This place is awful!! I asked the lady for gel nails and she gave me acrylics and she was buffing my skin which caused blisters all on my fingers. She left a gap between my cuticle and the acrylic which made is l8ke out grown, she left air bubbles and a yellow tiny on my nails and gave a very uneven coffin shape. Never coming back here again

I've edited my review to say that the sns nails and extension I paid for last week had come off within a few days, which is terrible effort and absolutely horrible for the price. To accompany this, the service was horrid, both the assistants were quiet and unfriendly with us while chatting a storm to each other in their own language. There is nothing wrong with talking to coworkers in your own language, I'm taking the issue because I felt seriously neglected and belittled for the kind of nails I have.I did not feel welcome here at all and as someone who was trying on nails for the first time, I wouldn't want to get my nails done ever again. This was by far the worst experience for me.

Don’t recommend this nail salon to anyone. I'm generally a person who doesn't fuss over these situations. But their customer service is horrible and final result is awful.I did my nails with them and paid $50 just to stay it for 2 days. When I go to complain about it they didn’t accept the fault and kept saying that this is the first time they received a complaint. I was showing them my cracked nails – each one of my 10 nails & still the ladies there saying I’m the first one to complain them about a fault. I would have accepted the apology if they accept their fault and said they might have done in a rush close to Christmas holidays.This place is horrible with their customer service and not worth even if you get it free of charge. There are better places nearby and its good to stay with your regular nail salon and never ever try this salon.Very disappointed.
