I don’t normally write reviews but the team at Beyond Property are honestly some of the most ethical, hard working and genuinely nice people I have ever met in the property management sphere. Their commitment to their customers is the best I have witnessed, a rarity these days. I have dealt with many previous companies in this space and unfortunately have been left with sub-standard service from time to time. Beyond Property however consistently out do themselves, and when I say consistently I mean it (2 years and counting and I can’t fault them, not even once!). I would like to give a special mention to Melinda & Michelle, they have been my point of contact over the last 2 years and are truly assets to this company; their passion to go above and beyond (no pun intended) are what customers dream about!! Finally a property management company that doesn’t just talk the talk but literally lives up to their values and does what they say they do! Cannot recommend enough!

We are interstate investors with a rental property in QLD.We have been dealing with Jade from Beyond Property Management and she has been looking after our property/tenants and us very well.Their online portal I found very helpful and informative.They have always informed us with any issues/updates with our property.We are also very pleased that they have found us new tenants very quickly.We cannot speak highly enough of this company. We have dealt with other property managers before and in comparison - the quality of service we receive from Beyond PM is exceptional.

RMA I will never and ever recommend this agent to anyone at all. I applied for a property in Oxley, My family and myself produced all required documents, The property manager at the time called Dan originally from Africa, i was the only person inspected the property and summit application, 3 days later i received email saying you are unsuccessful. A week later while i drove pass by the property i say his country people in the house.RMA is horrible and I do not recommend their services. I kept callingDan, never contacted me back to explain while my application was unsuccessful. Never picks up or calls back as he claims to be too busy on the voice mail .The most unprofessional part is blocking my number and not responding to mail.Unprofessional Worker or manager you called yourself..I give you 1 star because you show up for the inspection.

We have recently rented one house and are in the process of renting another. We have been very impressed by Leena, Heather and the team at Beyond Property Management. We have been associated with several Property Management companies over several decades and have found Beyond Property Management have excelled in their professional processes, astute attention to detail and responsive communication with owners, tenants and trade personnel. We unreservedly highly recommend them to owners and tenants alike.

Lazy, incompetent and co-worker back stabbers pretty much sums up RMA Goodna/Corinda. We’ve actually had 2 x RMA property managers over the 10 months - before our landlords left for a far more reputable agency.Over those 10 months, RMA have failed to respond to numerous requests for maintenance including (but not limited to) exposed electrical cables, leaking shower walls and black residue in the drinking water with only the first two completed in the last month.RMA had also lost our signed entry report, failed to turn up to an inspection and most recently (before we sought legal advice), issued us with 3 Notices/Letters to Vacate in less than a week with no reasonable reason given. Jude’s response, before encouraging us many times to abandon our request for a hearing with QCAT, was to blame her property manager due to ‘cultural and language differences’.That seemed pretty unfair considering the language used in issuing 3 notices to leave/vacate was quite clear (especially after offering an extended lease a few days before). Really glad we don’t have to deal with this company anymore.

Outstanding and totally committed Real Estate Agent! I was very impressed with the amazing service provided by Beyond Property Management during the leasing process, in particular, Heather, Jade, Elizabeth and Bianca. They were professional, always available to help in the most efficient and friendly manner. I would highly recommend BPM to anyone.

Rental Management Australia have been fabulous. Their communication is excellent and they are always helpful. Nyah, our Property Manager always went of her way to find something out for us and things were always done with professionalism, care and very quickly. We have loved having our property being managed by Nyah and RMA. Nyah made the whole process so simple and easy.

We could not recommend RMA Corinda to anyone. The experience we had over the 12 months of our tenancy was appalling. From being unresponsive to emails and messages, to a lack of attention to detail to a rude and condescending agent.Some issues that we encountered:1. Not being advised of damage to our property until the week before the tenancy ended. The damage occurred when the tenants moved into the property. The damage was not included in the 3 month inspection (they failed to do a 6 month inspection) and we were advised at the end of the tenancy that we were required to repair the damage.2. The property was left in a very unsatisfactory condition at the end of the tenancy. The agent was incredibly rude and condescending to the point of asking us, just get over it and move on". We thought it fair that our property was returned to us in the same state we handed it over - RMA did not.3. The tenants submitted a maintenance request for windows that needed repair (one was jammed open). On the same day we were notified by the agent

We have been dealing with Beyond Property Management for over a year now and we couldn't be happier. We all know an investment home is a big investment in time and money and you want it to be looked after and the tenants managed. I have worked in the restoration and drug detection industry and I have seen first hand what has happened to rental properties that have been managed by so called experts at Real estate agencies with 1000s of dollars worth of repairs.Since Beyond Property Management was recommended to us we have not looked back, for a small fee everything to do with the property and the tenants is managed for us including the depreciation schedule.All the staff are professional, responsive, understanding and do an excellent job, I have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone and we are definitely using their services for the next rental property.I am more than happy to discus this with people and answer any questions that you might have.AD & JA McMillanHappy Home Owners
