Mrs Rabbit Tearooms
Avoid this cafe unless you enjoy an unwelcoming experience. Unfortunately, the owners weren't present when I visited with my elderly Dad. Despite the place being completely empty, we were informed that we couldn't sit down even for a quick coffee and scone because of reservations scheduled over an hour later. It is disappointing to encounter staff members who should be reevaluated. On a positive note, the interior decor was charming and well-designed.

Mrs Rabbit Tearooms
I went to Mrs Rabbits for morning tea with a friend recently. I was so happy to find that all their cakes and scones are home made and delicious. The cakes are made on the premises by their dedicated cake chef. I was fed up with going to cafes and restaurants for morning tea only to find the cakes and scones were all factory bought. I had a very generous serving of yummy moist cake and the coffee was really good. Lovely owner, lovely staff, great service. I would highly recommend Mrs Rabbit Tearooms. Helena

As in the name, this lovely old cottage turned into beautiful tea rooms filled with cute paintings and items. The scone was exquisite, which went perfect with the tea. The tea pot and cups were somewhat antique and unique. Their coffee may not be the best kind so I’d recommend tea for future visitors.

Absolutely fabulous time at the cottage tea rooms for High Tea. Beautiful property, cosy vibes inside. Gorgeous crockery/glassware. (And BYO champers) food was delectable and so much of it! Very pleased with our visit.

What a wonderful high tea we had a Mrs Rabbit Tearooms. Beautiful setting inside and out with matching tea ware. All the staff were very friendly and happy. My Mum and I often try high teas in Perth for special occasions and this is now in our top three. SO much food you cant eat it all, freshly baked sweets and delicious sandwiches, I would recommend this spot to everyone. Thank you

Popped in for morning tea after seeing this place many times.Enjoyed a pot of English breakfast tea, which was served in a very cute teapot, hot and was made with loose tea. That was a pleasant surprise as other places have simply used teabags.Tried the famous Swan Valley Scones.Plain, fruit and cheese & bacon. All were really delicious. Really wanted to try the date scone, however this was sold out early!Was a very quaint place to enjoy morning tea and would definitely go again. Had a small play equipment for the littles but other than that they need to self entertained.

I attended Mrs Rabbit for a high tea. The styling and decor of the experience is what makes it so unique. Set in the picturesque Swan Valley inside of a beautiful home, visitors are made to feel welcome and very well taken care of. The staff truly give exceptional service and show kindness to all.The high tea offerings are varied, delicious, one of a kind and generous in portions. The cutlery, crockery and tea accessories are absolutely stunning and an honour to be able to use.Many thanks to all who are a part of creating this truly special high tea experience.

Haven’t been here for a while, definitely still the best scones around. Our food & drinks came out swiftly even though it was very busy with a lot of high tea bookings.Food was still very yummy & service with a smile.Very relaxed & enjoyable atmosphere away from the hustle & bustle of the city.Worth a visit if you are down Swan Valley way.

Disappointing. Small portions for what you pay for. Everything was tiny. We left hungry. The scones are the smallest we've ever had. It seemed like the pastry cases were shop bought. Everything was basic, including the tiny 3 sandwich halves. The tea selection was good. Having had many high teas around Perth, this was one of the worst, which is a shame because the wait staff were amazing as was the general ambience of the place. The rooms could do with a lick of paint and decluttering and it was smelly.
