My partner suggested we pay M&A a visit whilst staying in the local area. They were a little busy on arrival however thankfully we managed to secure a table out front. Went inside and notified staff of our arrival, they gave us menus and we went through the options.Ordering was a straight forward process and pricing was fairly reasonable. Sitting out in the sunshine during a glorious day is what we café for, this venue did not disappoint. We received generous amounts of food for the dishes we ordered, one could almost say the portions were too much!Staff were friendly and accomodating given the busy working environment, well done to all.

Great food and coffee. Even though they were flat out our order arrived quickly. The best eggs, perfectly poached. Highly recommended.

Excellent cafe in Portland. We had the break burger and eggs. The coffee was perfect and we also had a milk shake which was great. The service was 1st class and the view (sitting outside) was very pleasant. No downside to this place, it’s great. Did I say the burgers were awesome?

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and a coffee before heading on our way. Was going to take away but decided to sit at the front in the sun at a nice little table (not wobbly). Lovely staff and great food. Had a toasted sandwich from the display fridge and it was fresh and very tasty. Coffee was perfect. Thank you :)

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Coffee and hot chocolate are excellent so much better than some of the cafe in Melbourne. Plus, the foods on the menu are great. While you are waiting for you food, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the pier. I would say good prices, good food and good customer services.

Outstanding breakfast menu and the photos just do not do the place justice.Very friendly wait staff and there was a small queue starting to form.We ordered a few things from eggs Benedict, coffees, milkshakes, avo toast and the big breakfast. Everything was delicious!

Amazing place for breakfast, staff are kind. Great environment and service. The owner is a great guy. Got a extra piece of sour dough toast at no extra cost. Would def come back here for lunch or breakfast again next time I come Portland
