The whole team @ Swan Valley Carpets are BRILLIANT and nothing short of AMAZING !!!!I have been chatting for months and working alongside with Ben to choose a specific carpet and he never stopped his research to find my perfect carpet. It was all about what the customer wanted and he continually provided me options until he knew I was 100% happy!!. Ben provides a high level of service - his communication was always prompt and regular, always making sure to deliver samples and other brands delivered directly and continually offered a wide variety of products and brand options Never once was it an issue or a stress on him and he made it so easy for me. His customer service is outstanding.I have also dealt with Aaron and he was also fantastic for organising of the pending install . He ensured the prep work for the selected rooms were ready to go for the day and accommodated with our time frames with ease .I can also speak highly of Lee for the install - his quality and communication of the process and aftercare were great!!I didn't know you could love carpet so much!! Its perfect!!!SO HAPPY ...I will 100% recommending Swan Valley Carpets to everyone!!!THANKYOU to you all :)
