Any store can sell you paint, but the real measure of a company is how they deal with problems. Bristol Paint caused direct damage to my personal vehicle (that was parked at the time). They refused to pay for repairs which were about $3k, and even their insurance company has refused to pay. This damage was caused by the side of their building falling off and was very apparent. Bristol Paints has been shockingly bad to deal with.I'd recommend using any other paint company (Dulux has been great), so you don't end up with a mess like this, and don't support a company like Bristol Paints that doesn't care about their customers and community, and doesn't carry sufficient insurance to deal with problems they cause.

Fantastic service

My husband and I had 'left over' BRISTOL pait from 10 years ago, when we built our home. We wanted to re-paint an outdoor shed, and surprisingly the paint was still useable. We had a couple of 1/2 filled tins so we took them to Bristol Paints in Port Macquarie. Terry (staff member) kindly poured both lots into a new tin, tinted it for us, and sent us on our way after paying an extremely nominal price for the transaction. We were, however, a little short of paint to the finish the paint job, so we went back into the shop a few days later. Terry, once again, helped us out with a couple of cheaper tins of pain, tinted it and sent us on our way, after, again, a very nominal payment for transaction. Terry went the extra mile to assist us. In these stranges days that we live in, it's times like these that make life seem a lot more pleasant, and my husband and I were encouraged by the kindness and generosity of Terry. Thank you so Terry... (and Bristol Paints) for 'going the extra mile' for us. You, and Bristol Paints are the best!!
