Rohan was helpful and efficient in finding my desired part/s (VW rear brakes etc).I've used Repco Mitchell quite a few times and always found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful.Repco promote regular discounts from NRMA etc, which I used to good effect on this occasion.

I've only been here a few times. No probs with the staff or store. But the car park and entrance are the worst-designed I've ever seen. It's complete insanity, so everyone just parks illegally and dangerously on the verge and the street. It's kinda funny for an auto shop.

I came in for a click and collect and was rudely greeted by one of their staff. Horrible and rude customer service manners. Please train your staff for better customer service. First and last time I will be visiting the Mitchell store.

The two blokes working the Sunday morning shift, excellent.The ex-machinic recommended an alternative spark-plug when the one I wanted wasn't there. Working very well.They recommended another of their stores in the area for another part. Or offered to order it. Good stuff.

A very, very disappointing experience. I ordered a car ramp at repco Mitchell on Wednesday morning. Before I went to the store in the afternoon, I called to confirm that the item had arrived. When I went to the store, they said that someone had bought it, and the person was still there and paid in front of me and took the thing that I ordered. The staff said that he will order another one for me the next day. I went again the next day and told me that they forgot to order it. I have to go on Friday for the third time to get it that I ordered two days ago.

The staff here looks very unhappy at work and very impatient with customers. Maybe I will go to repco again but I will definitely not come to this store again(Mitchell).

Massive thanks to the guy behind the counter, helped me find the right nut for my car after a lot of trial and error. I've shopped here a few times and will be back next time I need something.
