I have been dealing with Vanessa Baillie at Independent Hearing for 12 years and have always been very comfortable having her look after my hearing requirements.Her advice is always appropriate and has she has helped my immensely in my hearing journey.I find the offices at Balmain and Double Bay to be convenient to visit and look forward to attending whenever required.

I met Vanessa Baillie when she was looking after my elderly Mother. I assisted my Mother with her healthcare needs. Vanessa always provided full details of what my Mother required. She suggested and an upgrade of hearing aids which greatly improved my Mother's ability to hear. She was always patient and persistent with my Mother, even when she met resistance.Recently she arranged for unused replacement hearing aids to be returned to the manufacturer after my Mother died. Usually manufacturers don't take back unused replacement hearing aids, she explained the extenuating circumstances.I also see Vanessa for my own hearing needs. I also have a friend who sees Bruce Kelsey at the same practice and she is very pleased with the service she gets from Bruce. Really great service. The audiologists are independent ,skilled and helpful with a problem solving approach. And very approachable and friendly. I live in the country, but go to IHC Balmain because the service is so good . I can always reach help on the phone if I can't get to Sydney and they are generous in facilitating repairs and adjustments and supplying temporary replacement hearing aids.Overall you feel that they are on your side and go out of their way to help and advise.

Great place to get a hearing test done or get your ears cleaned if you have difficulty hearing. They are thorough and give you advice without an obligation to consider a product from them.
