IGA Rosebery

Yesterday morning around 8.30 the is a new staff member with short red hair who gave out awesome customer service with her nice kind greetings..she had a black face mask on but underneath that mask you can tell she had a beautiful smile and was happy to be working.. awesome way to start my day

Clean and well set out. Lovely friendly staff.

Awesome staff, service and range however at $88 for 21 minutes of parking I had to drop my shop and go elsewhere. Sorry guys - understand you need to stop people parking forever however 20 minutes and you get clamped isn't really enough time to buy more than a couple of things. I will NEVER shop here ever again...

Good selection of items. Great selection of Asian food for a Metro supermarket.

If I could rate this place a zero star with no stars for rudeness, I would. I leave for 10 minutes to purchase something from a nearby store, with intent to then shop at IGA, to return to my car and find a wheel lock on my tyre. I approached one of the employees whom I was quite abrupt with due to the nature of the situation. 2 other young girls parked their vehicles at the store also with no intent to shop and there car wheel wasn’t locked. Even for customers to shop at the store and only be given 20 minutes, it’s ridiculous. They need appropriate signage on the ground, instead they have these ridiculous posters stuck on Pilar’s that I didn’t even realise until today. I was a regular but won’t be going back again.

It is my first grocery shopping in Australia. My point of reference - American big box retailers, isn’t going to be fair. The selection was good. The fresh produce and variety is out of this world for such small store.

They closed early on a rainy day. I wasn't able to get groceries for dinner!

Good sized IGA with a good amount of options on all products. Friendly staff and lines move quickly.
