Very caring and dedicated to the welfare of your pets. When other local vets are refusing to see them, West Cessnock are business as usual. Only one person per pet, but know that they're getting the very best care.

We phoned this vet as we found a bird that was not well on our property, and they were so helpful and told us to bring her straight in free of charge. We arrived there and spoke with Alisha (who we previously spoke with on the phone) She was so helpful and caring towards the wild bird. This just shows the love they have for all animals. Would highly recommend. The staff are just beautiful and have a passion on helping every animal.

Wonderful caring and compassionate nurses and very special thanks to veterinarian Marshall for the care and respect given to my friend and companion Duffy my Beautiful Cairn Terrier. A sad day and hard decision made easier. Forever thankful.

Great as always, helpful when trying to get pets through the door, taking sensible precautions in regards to the pandemic, staff are very friendly and the vet is always willing to answer additional questions, always seems to know the answer. Good off road parking available is the cherry on top.

Warm and compassionate veterans helping me with my frank going to cat heaven. Who lost he's nose fighting with he's sister. But a year later it was time. Having trouble cleaning and eating. He was 12yrs old.
