The staff are friendly and helpful, the mechanics do a fantastic job and I'm always happy with the service.You can also work while you wait if you work online which is very helpful.

Very polite staffs and everything organised. Just my car has 5 issues, they couldn’t fix one of those but the rest is ok.

My wife's car was having issues with the air conditioner. I took the car to an air conditioning specialist, they spent a couple of hours diagnosing the problem, wasting money on re gassing to then tell me it was another issue and gave me a quote to fix the real issue, which also required another re gassing. I took it to Mazda at Ryde where the car gets serviced and they quoted me to fix the issue. Janet, Carly, Cameron and Kevin were all very helpful and easy to deal with. The Management should be impressed with your knowledge, professionalism and level of service, well done guys!

Customer service experience is great.Car service was bad as they did not manage to fix the brake squealing noise cold start brake. I have tried twice bringing my car to them but they either dont know how to fix it or something else. So, I have to try to Stanmore Mazda and the technician fixed it.I think the technician in Ryde Mazda need to improve their skills and ability to spot the issue and fix it.

This is a highly professional business. My vehicle was serviced under warranty by the team and I could not be happier. Cameron was friendly and informative with the progress of the repairs and the team had my car back on the road in no time. Thanks Mazda Ryde team!!

I went here to obtain a very small part for my Mazda (one tiny clip). I went to the parts department and only had to wait a short time before being served by a very friendly and genuine young man. He came out and looked at my vehicle and the part needed and swiftly went back inside to find it and then fit it.Great customer service!

Excellent experience here today taking my car in for a service. They completed general maintenance and did not charge for unnecessary repairs (as some other service centres like to do). The lady on front desk was very friendly & thorough when talking me through what was completed on the car (can’t remember her name but she was a blonde lady & getting married soon). This centre also has a great little area for customers to be able to work while we wait with tea & coffee etc. I will keep coming to this centre for car services from now on.

Got 10k service done for my Cx9 at Ryde Mazda. The service center was very well managed and had very nice work area with Wi-Fi which I used for work while waiting for my car to be serviced.The car was serviced within the promised time however to my surprise the cleaning job was very poorly done. I understand this is just a normal wash and interior vacuum and was not expecting anything else.There were dirt left on the carpet mat which could have been cleared using vacuum. Exterior had lot of water marks and it appears they did not use any soap to wash the car. There were also grease marks on the exterior and interior. See the attached photos.When reported it to manager they promptly offered to redo the cleaning however I was already late for an appointment.

Contacted Mazda delivery coordinator Katie Yasbic to enquire about a safety inspection, although not her department she went out of her way to book this in for me. On arrival I was greeted by super friendly service advisor Cameron. Process was quick and efficient, thanks to Jose and his team for being so professional and looking after me.Katie went above and beyond, following up to make sure that all went well as this was my first inspection required with my Mazda 3 turning 5 years old.Outstanding customer service, highly recommend and won’t be taking my car anywhere else.Looking forward to dealing with Katie again when I’m ready to upgrade!

Get my car to be fixed there, overall experience is good, first time picked up my car and my car was still having the similar issue but second time sending my car back they absolutely did their job properly, Jose was very help and try to explain what happen to the car and what they did to the car. The manager did also followed me up to make sure that I’m satisfied with their service. Thankful that they are being very responsible with their job. Big thanks!
