Decent coffee and one of the best croissants I've had in a while. We also had the rhubarb Danish which was excellent. Prices were steep as usual in a sought after store like this in a touristy area. I probably wouldn't bother with anything else and just get the pastries and coffee.

Quite a popular cafe, constant line of people queuing for their freshly baked pastries and bread. I tried the sourdough smashed avo with poached egg, the avo was super smooth, then bought some coconut cake, walnut croissant and choc chip cookie to go. The cake was very moist, perfectly flavored for the sweet tooth. Loved this place, many pastry and bakery options. Would definitely come back before we go back to Melbourne.

Coffee/Pastry and Restaurant is iconic, with a great feel, history and considerable reputation.$31 for two coffee’s and croissants I consider a little steep, or is the sign-of-the times?Coffee was good, service quick and efficient. Croissants great.Worth a visit if in town.Perhaps my expectation was too high…

The only complaint I have is the superb offerings gave me a severe case of Fear Of Missing Out.What if I chose badly? Did I have room for 2 pastries?No problems, it's all so good it doesn't matter what you choose, and the whole time, new items are emerging freshly baked to restock.And the coffee was excellent too.

Sensational cafe experience with upbeat vibes and very friendly team. Outstanding sourdough and good selection of baked goodies. We had sardines and omelette for breakfast which were both really nice. Also a broad selection of coffees, we had a v60 and an espresso and both were to a high standard.

Delicious Sandwiches and coffee. We ordered the bean toastie and the chicken sandwich. Coffees were yummy too. The sourdough bread used on the sandwiches are so soft! The decor is tasteful, loved the paintings and the plants that were scattered around.

Best breakfast by far here in Lony, fast, great tasting, fab coffee and friendly staff.They bake everything in house so defo grab a pastry on the way out.
