I had Raymond do an inspection of an old cottage that we were buying and asked if he could give it a thorough inspection, beyond what is required in the building inspection, including areas that we were considered about in the structure, he reviewed all of these areas and went above and beyond in reviewing the structure and giving us feedback, we were grateful for his support as it found a number of issues major and minor to be addressed.In addition to us being pleased, both the seller and the agent were impressed with his thoroughness.I would recommend Raymond and would use his services again.
