Had a problem with our increasingly noisy fridge and upon first ringing was advised that I should do a defrost as possibly ice was built up near the fan. I did so….. but not for long enough so the boys came out and sorted it for us using there skills and defrosting tool. All is great now as we can hear the TV again. Thanks team.

It was a pleasure to receive good old fashion customer service. The problem with the fridge was explained and shown, it was a learning and understanding rather than made to feel dumb. The best serviceman since the 60's, thank you young man, mum must be proud.
