Whole experience has not been great. Delivery was terrible, I was contacted multiple times telling me the truck was at my home with my couch but it was not my home nor couch, this was after it was already delayed. Not until I called to complain was this fixed. Couch is comfortable, but the fabric pills badly within months and springs are creaking. Again contacted company and they sent me a depiller. If purchasing from here I would not recommend the Torelli Dore fabric.In response to this post, the company asked me to contact them, I have & I have heard nothing in over a month.

Classic 2.5 seater and arm chair in brumby leather. Absolutely beautiful I can’t stop staring at it and it’s comfortable. Secret Sofas sell quality sofas and their custom as service is great.

I am scoring 5 stars, even though the couch had a scratch from the depo. The reason I give 5 stars is for customers service and overall experience. I bought a Ruby 3 seater couch. It’s looking really good and I think is very good quality. Not using it at the moment because I want to keepIt as new for when we move to our new home in June. So I can not say much about how comfy or how well the leather behave to daily use.

Super friendly staff helped me find my perfectly stunning yellow velvet couch plus my olive velvet chair. Highly discounted I am so happy. Also, young man who helped me load it into my van was friendly and extremely helpful. Don't think I've ever bothered to write a testimonial before so I hope this gets back to the staff at Cheltenham warehouse. Good idea to advertise on Facebook, that's where I found you.

Such a great team to deal with, we were helped but also left to explore and enjoy the showroom ourselves. Information about the couches and materials were provided when requested. Purchase and delivery were easy and professional. Highly recommend Secret sofa and I loooooove my new couches!
