i bought a couple of bottles of wine on Special ( Woolies rewards Card only ) in Store Fri pm At My Local BWS Eli Waters, on Sat lunchtime i tried to buy more of the Same wine like a doz or so online and found that the Price had Doubled, Specials were still valid time wise. on Ringing 3 stores in my Area they said They could Not Help me purchase my Wine online, i rang BWS help line and was told they Did Not have that Special. i said its on Special at Hervey Bay and Bundaberg How come? more confusion from BWS help line.... i rang BWS freshfields Bundaberg and got help from a Smart person called Daniel he waited while i tried again to buy online at the Special price No Go Double the Price Again , i rang BWS help line Again told them that BWS Bundaberg had stock i am online with product in my cart at checkout same deal Double the price Finally BWS help line guy said I Will Ring Bundaberg and Check the Price...he rang back and said we will transact this over the Phone I got that done at the Advertised Special price and a confirmation email, All this while Daniel was on my other Phone at BWS in Bundaberg he said he will hold my wine till i collect it in a few weeks time...As its a 232 Klm round trip Just to get my Wine Thats Total B.S ... How come BWS click and collect is such a Hassle And the Helpline Does Not know their Own Specials and will not believe you when you tell them? (Dan Murphy's beats BWS Hands Down with their Click and collect system ) (They did not have this wine ) i wish to Thank Daniel from BWS freshfields Bundaberg who went to Extreme Lengths to sort out and Make it happen for me.... this exercise took approx 1hr off my life.. i Cant afford that... For just for a few bottles of Wine. heaven help me IF i choose BWS For My Xmas liquor online when its Close to a $1000 ..... No Way its Dan Murphy's for me.....Cheers Daniel.. You Truly are the Essence of Customer Service. V.S.If Daniel was working at BWS in the Help line Department just think how many more Satisfied customers BWS would have instead of making BWS online like an Australia Ninja competition.. just simple no hassle click and collect not like a Steeple chase race with obstacles and a faulty online system maybe designed to just make you Go Elsewhere or Not Sell you their specials that Staff Dont Even know about.....P.S. Before i started this exercise above i tried to link" my Woolworth's Rewards card to my BWS account but the BWS click & collect system would not let me do this after 4 tries
