EDIT***Wow! You've instantly responded to my review but that's where it stopped.Agreed you held my items and you agreed in writing to send on the 24 March 2023. You did not send until 3 wks later - 12 April 2023. 14 April 2023 the missing items were brought to your attention. You responded 4 days later on 18 April 2023. Now and 2.5wks you say you've refunded me but as at 5 May 2023 I've received no such payment?Capriole Shabby Chic who also sell the same products in Victoria refunded my postage in a 24hr turnaround.*******Communication with customers needs work!! I've been a customer of Sam's small business for 3-4yrs so when paid item's are not being posted due to a packing error only to have 2nd attempt supposedly" lost in transit (no tracking # was ever provided) it's been so frustrating when my emails are going unanswered for weeks!! I've received excuse after excuse
