Erin @ Stratton finance helped our family get finance on our vehicle, so understanding, patient and Erin’s friendly attitude made the process easier and stress free, absolutely no pressure with dealing with her as you do in car dealerships and other financial services, very fast responses to emails and phone calls, smooth transaction process from start to finish. If you are looking for any sort of finance assistance, I highly recommend Stratton Finance. I had the pleasure of dealing with Abigail who helped me secure a loan I needed. She has exceptional customer service skills, is very personable and just overall a dream to deal with. She is very knoweldagble and acts quick and is very understanding. I have all good things to say about Stratton Finance & in particular our finance consultant Erin Crofton. I started dealing with Erin in 2016 with vehicle finance & throughout the loan term was always greeted with her positive can-do attitude. Nothing was a bother or too hard to do.Recently i was looking to alter our vehicle loan while borrowing some funds for a trip and Erin worked out a way for me to achieve my goal of a smaller repayment asap due to changes in my life. Inside of one week all the paperwork was done & today have had the funds clear through to me.Working with Erin Crofton has been such a pleasure & so glad we engaged Stratton all those years ago. We wouldn’t take our business anywhere else. Thank you!
