Would give 0 stars if possible, wasted over 30 minutes to not even have my phone booked in for work after they got me to sign up for a membership for $100. Now i have to call a call center to get that money back. The staff are useless and rude. Avoid at app costs

Peter is a STAR!!! my phone was dead as a dodo, couldnt evenSign in, wouldnt stay on for long enough, maybe only a couple of seconds. Took it elswhere before PTC but no one could fix so that i could transfer my info to a new phone. Peter took the time and effort to get in, update new programs, and transfer all my stuff to new phone, bloody Amazing guy!PTC Jonndalup .. Dont go elswhere..Sign
