Completely unsatisfied with policy of this clothing store. Jumper didn't fit and smaller size than average large size.. the store wouldn't refund the jumper only offering store credit.. THE JUMPER WE WANTED IS NOT THE LARGE THAT FITS IN OTHER CLOTHING.. PURCHASE WAS CASH YESTERDAY AND YOU WONT REFUND THE CASH.. WE DONT WANT A STORE CREDIT. THE JUMPER WE WANTED DOESNT FIT AND YOU DONT HAVE THE SIZE FOR ME A CASH REFUND SHOULD BE EASY .. IS BUSINESS THAT BAD?

I was really impressed with the service I received yesterday. The store was busy when I was there and although I had to go find the service, I couldn't fault it in any way. I wish I had taken note of the young mans name who served me so I could make mention of him. Excellent service.

I got served yesterday by the most helpful person at this store. I didn’t get her name she was one of the taller employees with curly hair but she went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I was sorted. Will absolutely be back to buy more.

Terrible customer experience. The Cusher was unfriendly and useless, pay no attention to questions, she was doing minimal effort to understand our accent, and making coments to her peer. Totally uncomfortable. She never asked if we were members or if we wanted to become. Not nice at all.

Best customer service for a while. Always happy to help. I've bought different things from them (shoes,snorkelling stuff, bumbags etc) great advice service and price. Go in and have a look, you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Fergus was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. I would definitely go there again, the boss was very busy, but Fergus gave us his full attention and we both bought new shoes!
