I have been a. Customer of Auto Plus for years I stop going there because of previous management I found out he had left so l thought that I would give it another go I’d like to thank Steve and Corey and the team for their excellent customer service on getting me back on the road nice to know I can take my cars there to be serviced and repaired keep up the good work Steve and Corey.

business has gone downhill since new owners. Car serviced 6 months ago with no major issues but now there was 2K of repairs which is more than the value of my car. Primary reason to get the car in was the heater not working. Once they got the service money they said it was another 1K to take out the dashboard which i didn't do so the primary reason for taking in the car was not rectified..

First time taking my car to the guys at AutoPlus. Was super easy and quick to book with Corey and was met by the lovely Steve at the front desk. Steve and Corey were awesome, they kept me informed the whole time with what needed to be done to my car. As someone who doesnt know alot about cars, i felt super comfortable talking to them and didnt feel silly for asking questions. (also charged a very reasonable price in the end, which is always lovely) Nice work guys! See you for the next service.

I had my 4 tyres replaced and a new battery, Corey and Steve were so friendly and their communication was fantastic, final price worked out a bit cheaper than my original quote which was great, nice to have an honest mechanic!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!This was my first experience at Autoplus Fawkner and they definitely exceeded all expectations.Corey the manger was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I dropped my car off for a minor service at 8am and told them to call me if anything additional needed to be done. I received a call midday to say my car was ready, talk about prompt service. My invoice was exactly what I was quoted, no hidden charges. On arrival to pick up my car Corey went over the invoice and even showed me the old items that were taken out of my car and replaced, which is great if you’re someone that doesn’t have much knowledge when it comes to vehicles.Overall the customer service was exceptional and Corey makes you feel comfortable and confident trusting him and his team with your vehicle. Thank you again Corey and auto plus, will definitely be back.

Just had my brake rotors and pads replaced here. Steve is friendly and efficient and the job cost what was quoted. They also fixed noisy front brakes that the Dealership failed to rectify after they replaced the front pads. Can recommend this business! Great to find my next local mechanic.

Fantastic place, car looked so good and the guys did a awesome job of servicing my car, Corey and his boys done a fantastic job and are all so friendly, highly recommended anyone who needs a service or repair to go to them.
