Standard Dan's so pretty happy with the shop itself but they have one space for click and collect so clowns line up in their cars for that one space to get their order. It jams up the carpark.

Dan Murphy's shops are all out of my way, I shop here because of low prices, friendly staff and such a huge range of alcohol available. Five stars well done

MULTIPLE ISSUES. DRIVERS CAN'T GET THE DELIVERY ADDRESS'S RIGHT? DELIVERY DRIVER DIDN'T CHECK CUSTOMER ID, AS THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SO THEY GAVE A $70 PURCHASE TO A RANDOM PERSON AT A COMPLETELY INCORRECT ADDRESS BUT ALSO NEVER RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY. WAS TOLD ANOTHER WOULD BE SENT OUT AS PER OUR CONVERSATION THAT WAS HAD WITH DAN MURPHY'S MINIONS. I REQUESTED THAT IT BE SENT IN THE SAME FORM I ORIGINALLY PAID FOR, GIFT WRAPPED AND WITH A PERSONAL MESSAGE. APPARENTLY THIS WAS TOO DIFFICULT, SO THEY DISREGARDED MY REQUEST. HAD TO THEN SEARCH THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE AND THE APP TO EVEN FIND A ROBOT TO HELP FIX THE ISSUE, WHICH THEY THEN JUST CLAIMED THAT IT WAS NEVER REQUESTED TO BEGIN WITH. THEN MOMENTS LATER SUDDENLY THEY COULD SEE IT ON THE INVOICE. ABSOLUTELY ZERO REGARDS FOR CUSTOMERS THE FACT THAT THIS WAS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE ELSE. STILL CHARGED DELIVERY AND IT'LL BE 2/3 DAYS LATE. NO COMPENSATION, WOULDN'T EVEN EXPRESS POST. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! 0/10!!

Decided the weather is getting warmer and I would go and buy myself some cruisers, yes not just young people like cruisers.I had my 17 year old daughter with me and when I got to the counter they asked my daughter for ID and I said why are you asking her I'm buying them not her, they said it was policy, as if a 53yr old mother would buy her daughter a carton of cruisers. If she was buying them yes go ahead and ask her for ID but when she was with me I find that quite offensive and rude. My daughter did not influence my choices in any way whatsoever and was still questioned.
