I visited Amber Penrith on the recommendation from a family member and I could not be more impressed with the service I received. Marcus took the time to show me around and discuss my landscaping needs. I'll definitely be back for my next project.

I recently purchased silver travertine pavers through Chris at Amber Pavers in Kingswood / Penrith and this has absolutely been the worst customer experience I have ever had. Firstly I was told the pavers would take 6-10 days to come in 4 weeks later I had to chase it up only to be greeted with nothing but rudeness from Chris the franchisee. I finally got my delivery approx 6 weeks after ordering. When the delivery arrived the pavers did not at all match the colour or quality that was on display and we had broken pieces, large chipped off corners and some very bad quality pavers. Approx 25-30 pavers of the 140 pieces were not at all to a proper standard and the Chris has been nothing but rude, arrogant and inappropriate in his dealings with me as a customer. I would like to be contacted by a senior member of the management team at Amber head office before I take this to fair trade to deal with as I will not accept the treatment, service, and quality of the goods I have received. Chris should be ashamed of the way he deals with his customers.. simply appalling!I have dealt with Danielle and Shannon from the store who have both been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I feel for the team working in this amber store having to deal with Chris. I Look forward to hearing from head office ASAP and thanks Shannon for being so lovely and trying your absolute best to assist - it was very much appreciated.

Amber Tiles – Great Service - Nov 22Recently purchased some floor tiles from Amber Penrith. There were a couple of supplier delivery issues but Marcus went out of his way to chase and keep me informed. Could not have asked for better customer focus.General review comment – this store has been significantly upgraded with vastly improved stock range and very well-designed displays. Initial contact was with Marcus, who apart from product knowledge, could not been more friendly or helpful. Pleasure to have meet him.Could I recommend from this purchase – sure could.2018 - Just bought some pavers from Amber. Great advice and customer service from Chris, pavers delivered on time and great help from Shannon to load the pavers - he even got in the back of my van to stack them for me. All round positive experience. From this purchase - would I go back - sure would.

What a fabulous experience it was purchasing tiles and then pavers for my home from this Amber storeGreeted with a warm smile, Marcus listened to what we wanted and did a great job to work within our budget.The knowledge and evident experience this man holds is priceless. When you’re not sure of what to expect or how outcomes will be, Marcus’ extensive knowledge explains it all in a context that is understanding for the customer.At no time did i feel pressured to make decisions which to me is the most important part of a purchase.Highly recommend to visit this store before making any final decisions

Marcus is fantastic to deal with. Knows his products really well and has a great personality to match. The Displays at amber are fantastic.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. New Franchisee is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He has years of experience in the building industry and he really knows his stuff. They have plenty of new stock on display too, great selection of indoor/outdoor tiles, pavers, natural stone, blocks and artificial turf too. Definitely going back for all of my next jobs. Update.. Now stocks quality tapware, grates, floor wastes, heated towel racks, timberline vanities and basins. Highly recommended.

Amber Tiles Penrith is next level customer service and willingness to help their customers; Marcus the new owner is from the trade, knows the industry through and through, and has been a delight to work with, helping solve my needs at every touchpoint. Reading past reviews, this is NOT the company that received bad reviews - that time is clearly long gone; I cannot recommend Amber Penrith enough.

These guys have been great at helping us pick tiles - Marcus in particular has been fantastic, going above and beyond to help us get the result we are after and providing so much help and information - so many other tiling company's we called for samples didn't even seem that interested but these guys really have been awesome. Definitely will recommend using Amber for any tiling needs in the future!

You have to go in and talk to Marcus. A professional clearly with a lot of experience with outdoor products and the smarts. True professional. Thanks for the great service
