Very poor customer service. Never had phone calls returned. Always had to ring to find out updates.However, Luke that came and Measured and installed the barn doors was a pleasure. Did a great job.

Save yourself lots of fuss and do not purchase from this store.I purchased a door less than a year ago. There were many issues from the start when the staff member I ordered through forgot" to order our doors and then we were left with a hole in our wall while we waited for them to be ordered and made. Then when they were delivered one of the doors was missing.Fast forward to now and one of the doors has broken

Great range, ok pricing. They offer full service, install and all. Rating 3 stars as I felt the communication was just average, I thought I was purchasing a front door and screen door and the paper work said “package” and when the sales person came out they mention about the screen door. Turns out package just means delivery and installation and not a screen door. Was just an ok experience

Had a 1200mm front door fitted last month.Firstly we noticed the handle was different to the one we ordered. Fiitter told us he could change it but the one he had brought was the most common handle they fit.After hanging the door we noticed the glass panels were much larger than the one we specially ordered.Went into Doors plus later and cancelled another 2 screen doors we ordered as I don't want to go through getting something I don't want.The fitter did a good job fitting the door, but left us with all the old timber to get rid of, as I was unaware they don't take take any rubbish away.The fitter did leave us a few screws on the driveway that must have spilled out of his van.I couldn't trust them to give me what I ordered.

Can not fault our installer Jacob. He did an exceptional job installing our new front door, he was so polite and professional. No mess left on completion and went above and beyond to make our new entry look absolutely amazing!

appalling service. I ordered and paid for a $2237 door on 1 July 22 and it is now 10 December 22 and I still dont have the door installed. The installer informed me last week that he couldnt do the job as he had not experience with steel framed houses and didnt know how to fit a sliding door in them. The measurer was advised at time of measurement appointment that the house had a streel frame, which he ignored. They have told me that I now have to find my own tradesman to fit the door and collect it myself, one week out from Christmas. Terrible unprofessional business.

We had our door installed yesterday by Ben. He was amazing arrived at 8am which is the time he had told us on the phone the day before. Ben explained what he was doing, very curtious, and helpful. Ben cleaned up after he was finished which we were very grateful of.The whole experience was great from the guy in the store who was very helpful with our order, to them informing us when the door was in.We highly recommend Doors Plus at Adamstown. A wonderful experience.

Great service from the Adamstown store. Allan explained all our options and installer Alex did a great job, both prompt and efficient. We selected our door on a Tuesday and it was installed on the Friday - no fuss!

We had a new 1200 wide door fitted by Dean. We were advised at time of ordering it would take at least 11 weeks, took a little longer but that was expected given the current climate. I work in the building industry and see some dodgy work. Deans workmanship, attention to detail and professionalism was impressive, very happy with our door. When we removed the protective film the glass in 2 of the 5 panels was damaged and required replacement, the other 3 panels were cloudy where the protective film had etched in. We had two panels replaced and are still waiting for them to get back to us even though they came and saw it, tried everything to clean them to no avail, and promised to get back to us.Their follow up / warranty service is non-existent, I had to call and chase them all the way. I have given up and will fix it myself correctly.
