Never ever go with this builder. If you love your hard earned money, don't ever go with this builder. They say everything for you to build with them, but once you commit with them, they are interested only in your money. They don't know what is the meaning of quality. It will cost you a fortune to fix their major issues later. They don't have any professionalism or integrity, which resulted in a significant financial loss on my part. I feel like betrayed and robbed of my hard-earned money. I strongly advise anyone considering this builder to look elsewhere.

Signature Homes - Melbourne Luxury Home Builder
This company is the worst conpany and service I have used so far. I did the floor design service with them 3 times and still they not get my idea. So I stop using thier service and I got very bad experience in customer service from them.Dont want to discuss; not listening, try to blame, promise too mant times to call/email me but just silence. Signature homes was not professional, hopefully noone get the same as my feeling. I lost money as they not refund to me also I got the bad emotional when called them. Worst buider company!!!
