Absolutely useless. After attempting to go here after work during the week and finding it closed at 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, I turned up at 6pm on Friday and found 2 staff restocking shelves on ladders and only 1 staff member serving at the prescription counter. After waiting in the line to drop my prescription off and listening to the staff member repeat the same information 4 times to the customer (not because the customer didn’t understand the first time, just because she wanted to) I eventually got to the counter and the one staff member actually serving customers said “oh sorry, I’ll just serve these people” who were waiting in the main part of the store for help. She walked out from behind the prescription counter and into the main store to serve them. Apparently the one staff member was serving all customers in all parts of the store while the other 2 did things that could be done after hours. Didn’t bother leaving my script, having a pharmacy in the estate was meant to be more convenient. I’d rather drive into Cranbourne and get decent customer service. Don’t bother.

Recommended giving this pharmacy a try. All around great product selection, tidy and amazing, attentive customer service. Even if you are having to wait, they are always courteous, friendly and do their best to accommodate.

I only have good things to say about this chemist. Staff very helpful and cheerful. Dispensing of scripts exemplary - fast service. Plus free delivery locally is a god send as I am elderly. Pharmacists very helpful & knowledgeable. All round great chemist, great staff. In addition they stock fantastic gifts. Five star rating which is deserving.

The staff went above and beyond to help me with my prescription while I was in isolation. Have always had great customer service here but this has been amazing and I’m so grateful
