Very frustrating to deal with this company. Orders come out wrong, the right does not know what the left does and then you still have to pay their fees.

worst service ever! completely ignored by all staff for 25mins - absolutely zero help and not even a hello . It was like, if we ignore the customer they will go away. Yes that did happen. Please don't waste your time by going here - Bunnings is just down the road

Popped in to order a product that was not in stock. The person (Trina I think thats her name!) was less than polite.Left Felling that i wasn't going to get a call back in reference to my request Guess what ...I didn't! I am not sure what has happened here because prior to this I always found the staff friendly and helpful. Not anymore!!! Got the product through a competitor, no issues from them!

Great range of products but the snort of derision at my questions really put me off going here. In my business I don't expect customers to be experts and I give advice and information freely and with a smile. NOT the case here...it was like pulling teeth to get a polite answer.

Great service, super helpful, friendly & no bullying regards face masks. The guy even helped me tiedown wood to the roof and even gave us rope for an extra secure load. Highly recommend!
