I wanted pizza bread waited behind a lady buying poppy seed bread. Waited for 5 min to be served only one girl serving 2 were talking continuously. Then another customer came and was served before me. If the manager is reading this I came at 2:50pm today 17/03 check your camera. Train your staff better.

June 2023 - First visit to buy some cheese and bacon rolls, apple pastry and a roll. Served by friendly staff. Prices were good with the product being fresh and tasty. Would return if passing through again. They were busy at the time so I presume the locals like the product.

Professional, efficient, courteous and polite staff with a great knowledge of their products. I having been visiting this business regularly early on a Sunday morning for the past couple of years. This is a stand out and exceptional business that has bucked the trend of falling service standards. I have always been served quickly and efficiently regardless of the number of customers. The young staff are quick to increase their serving staff numbers as necessary with back of house" (the bakers?) staff

Really good products but you guys need to change your opening times because they open at 7am not 9am, on weekdays anyway :)

Today while having lunch upstairs at Cooleman Court I happened notice staff member carrying a large tray of bread one falling to the floor staff came picked up the and placed it back in the tray not very hygienic
