I am overwhelmingly disappointed with the service I received from F & G windows. I dropped off a small ensuite window and over the next 4 months received no updates. I was called multiple times asking what finish I wanted- no one seemed to have written it down. I called 4 times over the period of around 3 months and was told I would receive a call back- which I never did. The final solution was that the window would need to be remeasured. I understand that places are busy, but this was terrible.
