I like training at Paradise because the group trainings are perfect for my work schedule, I can workout, grab myself some oats or fruit from the breakfast bar, have a shower and start the day off perfect. The community within the gym are all welcoming, It’s a great catch up and that makes it a better workout! 11/10

Jamie’s mums and bubs certainly exceeded my expectations!Getting back into the gym after having a baby can be very overwhelming.. but joining was the best thing I ever did.I have trained with Jamie for the last 5 years and have taken all 3 of my kids on some days.The kids play and make friends, the mums work out, have a laugh and enjoy some time for ourselves.I certainly have made life long friends since joining ❤️

Love the classes Jamie runs and the friendly atmosphere of Paradise! I find it so easy to make going to the gym part of my weekly routine and my kids love being there. I’ve actually had days where I wasn’t feeling motivated and my kids are the ones to get me out the door because they didn’t want to miss out going to the gym.I have been training with Jamie since my youngest daughter was 6 months old. She is now nearly 3 and has been through many unsettled times. Jamie has been so helpful holding her or entertaining her along with the other kids whilst running the classes at the same time.So great to be able to include my kids in my exercise routine, highly recommend Paradise gym!

Super friendly, family orientated gym!The owners Johnny & Jamie are absolutely lovely and very approachable!As a busy mum it’s amazing I can get to the gym and take my kids with me, Jamie is fab always helpful with the kids and keeping them entertained!Highly recommend10/10

I have loved going to Paradise gym with my 3month old baby. The classes provide so much variation and I can still keep up after months of no training.The equipment is new and the gym is very clean. Members are extremely welcoming and supportive and friendly.I love my coach Jamie, she is fun, kind and provides great technical support in my training. I highly recommend this gym !!

5+ stars! I recently joined Paradise and have been loving the mums and bubs classes. I’m four months postpartum and was nervous getting back to the gym but Jamie made me feel incredibly welcomed and confident in the classes. She’s checked in after each class and made me feel motivated to keep kicking goals.It’s been a great opportunity to meet other mums in the area. Highly recommend! :)

I used to go there with my 2 year old.I didn't feel very welcome there. My child was so unsettled.Everyone here has put reviews on how child friendly it is. I never felt the same there and didn't feel the instructor was very helpful.Everyone just looked and sympathised but no one helped.I don't want to go back there.

Amazing gym with great quality equipment, fantastic vibe and fun instructors! I joined 3 months after having my baby and haven't looked back since, I've never enjoyed exercising but I LOVE the culture they have created and I feel so comfortable coming here. Jamie is an ex childcare worker and LOVES baby's so I could always get a good work out in and both johnny and Jamie will always pick up him up when he was upset and give him cuddles.

I’ve trained with Jamie for the last 5 years. She has welcomed me and my 3 kids with open arms, and created such a fun supportive and friendly space to workout in. The mums & bubs class is the best way to start the day, the best trainer & the best group of mums!

Amazing Gym!Such an awesome atmosphere. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Love the 6 am classes. Mums and bubs class is the best in Geelong!!My 9 year old daughter loves her Mauy Thai classes. It has everything you need!
