Super fast service and my order came beautifully gift wrapped and with an added bonus ring size expander. Even my receipt arrived tied with a ribbon. I am so happy with my experience. The overall experience from Pontifex has been beyond fabulous. It is nice to know that customer service like this still exists. I wanted to order an item that was not in stock. Brittany went out of her way to then go ahead and order it in for me.Rebecca then contacted once the item had arrived and two days later it was on my neck to wear and it looks beautiful.The package came all wrapped up in gift wrapping and I also got a little gift in the form of a gold cleaning cloth which was a super nice added touch. I felt a little spoilt.Thank you Team Pontifex. Shop local and help support local businesses. ❤️

Our family can’t thank Ray enough for the kindness he showed our Mum this morning. He came to her nursing home on a Saturday to cut off her wedding ring which had become too tight on her finger.Ray went out of his way to help our Mum for which we are very appreciative.We will certainly be giving Pontifex Jewellers our custom in the future.

Absolutely blown away with my recent experience!Ray and the team brought me to tears in the store after I dropped a very sentimental but very broken ring to them for a quote and then agreed to repair. The quote was extremely reasonable considering how damaged it was and how much 18ct white gold it neededWhen I got to the store and saw the ring again I couldn’t hold back the tears, it was just incredible, I couldn’t believe how amazing it looked, it didn’t look like the ring I dropped off. Beautifully polished and presented, the repairs are absolutely amazing and I’m just absolutely blown away. The quote didn’t change even with rhodium plating and everything else.I’m naturally pretty suspicious of jewellers which is why I’ve got so many broken pieces but after a recommendation I took the plunge with the ring and I’m soooooo glad I did!!!!They’ll be getting all of my jewellery from now on! Don’t go anywhere else!Ray is a master! Absolute master!Thank you sooooo very much
