We like him for being very transparent. There was no bluffing nor exaggeration. He will tell you things as they are. Throughout the process, we were always in the loop and have always had the confidence that the decisions we made were well-informed.The work needed to get our unit ready took longer than anyone would have expected – our fault. However, Dimitri has always been very patient. One of the worst real estate agrnt i have ever dealt with in Sydney. The person in charge Vik, is rude, arrogant and belittling attitude, unprofessional, untrufull, twisting the truth agent. Lying about another agent that they took over. Once i finish with them recovering my money they are holding onto i will go and put in a complaint to Fair Traiding.
