Hands down best courier service I’ve ever used. Edwina was fantastic, so helpful and so efficient. Sent package from Mittagong office yesterday afternoon and arrived in Brisbane today !! Perfect. Definitely recommend

This might not be the case within Australia however, this is more related to the overseas third party DHL courier. It's been unfortunate that my act of goodwill to send some winter jackets for my cousin who is travelling to Germany for a very important probono surgery has been slapped with very steep customs charges passed onto clients. DHL also held my parcel for over a week, consequently no longer an express parcel in effect.DHL has opened my package and did not attempt to contact the recipient or the sender for that matter regarding what they were doing with my parcel.Very disappointed as money is hard earned here in Australia and was sent through Pack & send" for expediency. Thanks to Joe at the Mittagong-Pack & Send who tried to follow up with DHL. Anyway will not send any parcel via Pack & Send in the future due to their third party courier."

Had a parcel despatched from Adelaide 5th July. Told 5/6 days, 5 days later, still at Adelaide depot, awaiting packaging(?) Arrived 21st July Apparently it is TNT transport who are so slow in delivering. Nothing to do with MITTAGONG Pack and Send store.... Lady there very helpful in trying to locate it for me.No reflection on their store..
