Sales agent advised blinds would be installed before Christmas which was great news. It's now June and they've been reinstalled multiple times and I don't know if this is an issue with carpet call or there installer but I don't know how they think the blinds literally dragging across the floor are acceptable.Then when I say hey there literally dragging so I can't open or close the blinds I'm just told yeah whoops we will send someone out in a month from now.Absolutely ridiculous.

Carpet call management can you please make sure when your ex employee leave your office he or she does not take people names and address also .we are loyal customer of Carpet Call in Melbourne and were approached by one your disgruntle state manage Steve Ne@@@t who works for flooring Extra in Melbourne now .This is a serious breach of trust

From start to finish the team were amazing. Tavis, Max and my installer Jason were friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. They guided me through the process making it all so easy. I am in love with my new carpets, 10/10 would recommend. Side note - upgrade your underlay, I promise it will be worth it!

If you need new carpet, there is no need to look any further!We've just had a great experience with Dominic and the entire Carpet Call team ( actually it's our second great experience with Dom and C.C) from sales, communication, price and the two day install - which was meticulous. Every part of our job was considered and we couldn't be happier with the final result. Our home feels brand new! Thank you
