I went in to get my acrylics off, first of all it costs $20 which is so rare as usually it’s only$10-15. Then they offered a manicure for all up $35 so I said yes. The manicure was so rushed and horrible, making me bleed rude customer service and left dirt and dried skin on my nails and put lotion over the top. Didn’t take the glue off or let my nails soak. Disappointing

The technicians at Stars Nails did an excellent job on my nails- exactly the style I was after, and identical to the inspiration picture I showed them. Very happy with the quality of the set, and with the service I received. Thanks team! I'll certainly be back for my next set :)

Tried these guys out for the first time for a simple shellac pedicure. The technician cut my cuticles so short they started bleeding. I ask her to stop and she said she’d put some medicine on it which was just alcohol and made the situation/pain worse. No apology or remedy offered either. Wouldn’t recommend.

My go to! Great SNS manicures with a good colour selection and fun designs to choose from. Got mine done for a party & Christmas and I love them. Also tried out their waxing service for the first time and they were very professional & helpful!

I had a beautiful experience having a pedicure recently. My feet were rejuvenated. The lovely lady spent extended time on making my feet feel so loved and cared for. Minh and his girls are so friendly and professional and I will definitely be going in soon. The other lady in the beauty salon was getting her eyelashes done, she looked so STUNNING they looked so brilliant. She didn't even need any make up. She looked so attractive with just the natural BUT so attractive lashes they put on for her.

Tbh - nails look great but SNS started breaking off after 3 days. After 9 days the SNS broke on 4 fingers. Questioning the quality of the products used … and not happy I spent 60 $ on this …

I did SNS nail and I paid $55 for it . It fell off in 2 days. And the staff was no friendly at all. I'm not gonna go back again.

You should be ashamed of yourself!!! You should never EVER yell at a client. I have extreme anxiety disorder and you threw me into a full on episode. I hope you are happy with yourself! I know you lost me as a client for this. What happened? I'll tell you. I have been coming here for quite awhile now and almost always loved the service, even if they hope between clients. I was ok with that. I am unusual in how I like my nail length so as I was trying to explain to the man (the manager i think)who had started my manicure that as I type with my thumbs and first two fingers I want them a bit shorter than the others. He seemed to understand but went to clip my long ones short. I pulled away and tried to explain again. He started yelling at me saying one minute you say short and another you say long". My anxiety kicked in full speed
