I had a broken power mixer last week. It was urgently needed. Tim had it fixed that day..Other shops has a 5 week lead time to even look at it. Can't beat that for service.

I ordered and paid for a dewalt item. No longer available. I went in got a refund. I thought instead on money back. I would buy another item. Young girl went seen a guy in back area. Was chasing a petrol power compressior. He was a rude mungle. I don't recommend shopping there

We have been going to United tools since they first opened in west Gosford.Always helpful friendly service.Whatever they have not had in stock is promptly ordered & followed up with a call.Workshop Repairs is very convenient & at times minor repairs done on the spot if time permits.The new location at Somersby is much more convenient as there is no traffic issues.

Top Class ServiceI've never even stepped foot in the store but the customer service is to be applauded. Basically I needed to make a warranty claim on two Ryobi batteries and Liz Munt and her team sorted it all out for me. Now this is all the more impressive given I am in WA and the store is in NSW. It felt like I was dealing with my local hardware store. Do yourself a favour and support your local. Thanks again Liz and the team at West Gosford!

Impressed with the knowledge of staff and the range of tools - it might not look like much on the outside, but I was blown away with the great customer service and the staff member's knowledge of each brands. Very helpful and competitively priced, I would definitely recommend United Tools in comparison to the larger corporate owned businesses nearby.

Had a wobbly mitre saw blade - didn't know how to fix it. They said to bring the saw in and they might be able to fix it while I waited. They fixed it and only charged me $5 for a part! Very happy and grateful. Mitre saw works perfectly now :)

I had a faulty belt on an AEG belt sander , lucky the guys had a big box of belts and it happen to have the right one for my sander. They save me time in waiting for Bunnings to order one it. I was able to finish my job the same day.

What a rag bag outfit! Supposed Makita Sale on today (7/11/2019) no stock on what I wanted and the simple answer from the staff was NO. The display area of Makita tools in store was shameful, blank areas and what little items were on display was covered in dust. What a sham! And they wonder why no one shops there. Get with it!
