I love love love this salon and its beautiful decor. Meshell and her team are always so professional and accommodating especially when I need a last minute appointment. I have been scalp bleaching my hair for over 15 years and the girls at Blackfoxx are always consistently giving me the end result I ask for from colouring, cutting and styling. Highly highly recommended. Thanks girls! x

I love Black Foxx! Meshell and the team are absolutely fantastic. They do such a great job and my hair always looks amazing when I leave. Meshell really listens to what I want, and she checks in regularly to make sure I’m happy. The whole team is lovely and attentive, and the salon is just beautiful. Love this salon, my hair is loving Keune, being a blonde high lift I’m really happy with the results. The salon has such a nice vibe and I look forward to my monthly appointment. Get the best cup of tea to which just adds to the experience. Lovely staff and lovely salon.

I used to love going to this salon but unfortunately due to poor time management and negligence my hair has absolutely been destroyed. My scalp is burnt, my hair is falling out in clumps, the colour is completely patchy. Went back a few days later so they could “fix it” and it’s completely disgusting and ruined even worse. So upset, my scalp has still been burning and my hair is still falling out, it looks and feels horrendous.

Avoid this place! I booked in for Balayage, this service is listed as $272.I ended up with chunky brassy streaks & charged $372. No explanation was offered & I felt too shocked/embarrassed to ask. But later I called & spoke to the owner. She said I was charged extra for “extra colour because they use more colour on thick/long hair.” I have neither! When I questioned this she said “that’s how we run things here, your stylist went over the standard colour usage so she had to charge you more.” Not to mention that stylist got dye all over my forehead and didn't help me get it off! Terrible place. Seems like they purposely mislead/deceit customers.

This was the worst hairdressing experience. Booked weeks and weeks ago in prep for a big trip I’m going on. Booked for a full colour and cut. Chose the colour (a reddy-dark brown). Colour comes out jet black!! Jet black. Brown/red at roots and ends are jet black so not even an even colour. When I ask, they try and convince me it’s not jet black when I’m holding my hair up against the colour chart and they’re completely different. They tell me that they are running behind on cuts and ask that I go home and come back in an hour for the cut. They call me and I come back for the cut for them to tell me they can’t cut my hair because they can’t cut curly hair. I actually started to cry - last moment I had before this big trip I’ve been so looking forward to abroad and I have jet-black uncut hair. They charged me $95 for the misfortune of having ever gone there. Worst colour and an actually inability and complete unwillingness to cut hair because it had curls.

I had my hair done here and it was the biggest mistake of my life. I went in for a Balayage and walked out with a the worst absolutely fried orange hair. My hair is literally falling out and snapping 2 cm from my scalp.I would hate this to happen to any other person as it’s so depressing to wake up each day and seeing more is snapping off.The owner is rude and won’t respond in writing and the hairdressers gets away with what ever she wants.They don’t wear masks so if your worried about your health and hair go somewhere else.Update !!!!! My hair is falling out more and more every day. I’m absolutely devastatedDon’t believe FRESHA reviews as they negative ones have been taken down. Even tho they claim to be “real reviews”I wonder why there is a new cancellation policy? People must not want there hair fried
