Bloody pathetic. Have had payment stopped for no valid reason. Just their staff flexing their muscles. I really don’t know what they want from me.Staff seem unorganised and don’t know what they are doing. I wish I could have no provider as they are all useless.

No service provided by them.When I found a job on my own, they called the employer (I have no idea how they found out where I was working) and made remarks on how they had got the job for me. My employer had no idea who they were and was completely confused by the callI attended meetings for about a year without any effort from them.Hard to understand what their purpose was other than to waste my time.I have been left with the feeling that if you aren't an interesting enough client for them, they won't bother. I had no experience in the workforce and wasn't worth their time. I wouldn't have taken anything but instead I got bumped around while they acted as if I wasn't trying

I have gained employment on my own and even though I have told MAX of this situation, they still send me texts and call me and my employer. I have asked for this to stop and they want me to send them payslips to be able to be taken out of the system. I will NEVER EVER go to an employment agency again. These places are truly only concerned for their welfare not yours !!!!!!

This job provider didn't help in finding a job at all, they simply get you to attend" your appointment by signing a paper and leaving. No real attempt to help job seekers

Got my payment cancelled multiple times because I've been on medical certificates while I'm dealing with huge health issues. The day the medical certificate stops they immediately stop my payments np warning or anything because I haven't done stuff I haven't needed to do because I've been on medical exemption.

Completely useless. Can't be contacted by phone, never return messages, appointments cancelled without warning. Just had a call from the manager, not to try and work out a solution just wanted me to take my feedback down

DO NOT attend Tuggeranong Max Employment. There are other max employment offices in Canberra. The staff while friendly are single-handedly responsible for screwing up my youth allowance and payments due to carelessness and neglect by the workers there.They were no help in finding a job, I secured employment on my own as they did nothing other then create an employment searching account. As if I hadn't already been searching with job recruitment agencies already.I had an appointment on a Monday which i couldn't attend due to starting my new job on that day at a primary school. I called and gave notice. I was told that That's is fine

Can't speak badly enough about this place, stab you in the back any chance they get

It’s honestly like a cult. As soon as you try to leave, that’s when they start to “care”. As soon as you find employment, they claim credit and demand payslips even after you have left their services.

Great atmosphere now, and great people. they helped me find and keep work! They support you the whole way threw and I recommend max employment about anything else in Tuggeranong if you have a choice :)
