Worst business I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They are smug, unhelpful and incapable. They have never fixed any warranty problem and the back up service is non existent . They also took no responsibility for the extra damage done to my vehicle while there. Do yourself a favour and stay away. I would give a negative star if that was an option.

Well they just lost a sale. Came in with $15,000 cash after making an appointment to come and view a car, only to be ignored by everyone. So I went to blacklocks in Lavington, who were very attentive and happy to take my money. Maybe next time someone walks into your building, don't sit back and judge them on appearance, when you are obviously not busy, other wise you may lose many more sales to come.

This is probably the most professional, friendly and helpful car dealership or mechanic I have ever been to. I purchased my VW Amarok here about a year ago and I regularly go back for services. Wodonga Prestige provide a transport service to their customers and they drop you at work and then pick you up when your car is ready. The service staff are right onto everything. They know what you're in for before you do.Yesterday my Ute was serviced, cleaned and returned the same day. Purring like a kitten. All the inspections were done and they have kept me updated with what needs to be done over the next 6 months.Brooke, Kiera and the VW Service team are very organised. They know how much your service is going to cost and they sort everything out for you.Do yourself a favour and take your VW over to see Brooke or Kiera. I have never experienced such exceptional service from a car dealership. Highly recommended.

Was going to wait til I got my car back, but after being let down again I thought it was important to share. Cannot fault the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff (at the first point of interaction). Perhaps this is my fault due to being accepting of apologies for the delays and untimeliness of service ? I did let them know that there was no pressure as I had to organize collecting the car from Melbourne. By not blaming the service and admin staff I didn't actually mean Please take as long as you like and never finish the job"

A good, honest, no fuss, quality service dealership, prepared to win deals with good prices as well as great service. It was refreshing to feel looked after by ALL the staff, not just the guy who sold me the car. Also refreshing to have a car dealer do what they said they would do, by the time they said they would do it (a definition of integrity?). They picked us up at Wodonga station after we bussed up from Melbourne to pick the car up, went through all the controls with me in detail, explained the servicing needed, made sure I had all the books etc and was happy. They then contacted me a week later to get a run-down on our experience with the car and make sure there were no problems. All in all, the experience with Wodonga Prestige Volkswagen, apart from getting an absolutely superb little new Polo GTi, was a very easy and happy one from quote to driving away, and I saved quite a few thousand $s because of their willingness to be competitive. Best car dealer I have encountered, and I am now 69, been a car enthusiast all my life, and an expert on quality service for half of it.

From start to finish what a terrible experience! Booked car in to get diagnosed for low fuel rail pressure. The car took 4 weeks to get diagnosed which ended up being a faulty injector. Every bit of the experience was a let down. Even just trying to get them to call me back was hard. After having the car for over a month, we finally got it back to realise we had been overcharged. They did give the money back but only after I had realised. So all in all from the day the car got dropped off (on its booked in date) to when we picked it up was terrible. You would think after a month of having the car they could have washed it upon pick up.Will not return and would not recommend to anyone!!

Recently had my Volkswagon Motorhome with Prestige Wodonga for significant rear Differential problems that ultimately ended up being replaced. Through the whole ordeal, staff at Prestige were exceptionally helpful, polite and well informed. Nothing was too difficult for them and they always kept me informed.
