After I paid a lot of money for my security doors a friend of mine discovered that the doors weren't installed properly and could be opened easily by anyone in seconds.After contacting XL I've got told off by staff called Stacey in uncertain words.By putting this horrible experience I had it may help XL costumers to get independent people to check that what they paid for which is safety is what they got.To be fair XL came to fix all the CrimSafe doors I still waiting another inspection of my friend to see if the rectification work was carried out properly.

The staff were very prompt and turned up on time, not to mention the staff kept me up to date with times and days via message which I thought was fantastic. I would highly recommend XL security.
