Horrible 1 rude staff. My partner was going in for his 2nd attempt for his licence test, he had the right documentation to apply for his licence , no problem the first time round. But as hes trying to explain to the manager for his 2nd go shes refusing and making up all these things on the spot and denied him to apply, we werent kicking up a stink either just being friendly and she was just so rude. Where as the other male staff member was very helpful in finding us someone else we could talk to and moved our appointment to another date.Many thanks to him but she was awful. I also had her when i was swapping my qld licence over to nsw a few months ago and she was just so rude! Still nothing done about my application now either for the past 3 months. If there was another service center in orange that would be my go to.She needs a serious check.

I’ve always been impressed with the quality of service here ever since they moved into the current building. But yesterday was absolute next level. I needed a new address sticker printed for my licence. So I allowed 45 minutes. The concierge said I can do that for you and I was out of there in literally 90 seconds.
