Definitely wouldn't recommend renting anything from these guys please avoid at all costs they will get you for everything they can huge power trip. If I didn’t have so much going on in my personal life would have Definitely taken them to vcat. I was a fantastic tenant 4 months ahead in rent had the place professionally cleaned 2 times nothing makes them happy.

This is our 2nd time we have had Ray White Lara selling our homes.Terry has great communication, always helpful and will always go above and beyond to help out where he can. We are incredibly grateful to the Ray White team, particularly Jo and Julia, for their invaluable assistance. When we initially rented a property through another agent in Lara, we encountered numerous issues with the property's maintenance and overall management. This prompted us to seek the help of Ray White, Jo and Julia truly went above and beyond to support us.Their dedication was evident from the start, as they assisted us in evicting the tenants and guided us through the entire Vcat process until the warrant of possession was obtained. Despite residing remotely, we were delighted with their professionalism and the fact that they handled every aspect of the situation. They kept us well-informed at all times and even coordinated all necessary repairs and removals.We cannot express our gratitude enough, even though Jo and Julia were not responsible for the predicament caused by the previous property manager. They provided tremendous support during this stressful period, ensuring that we never felt worried throughout the entire six-month eviction process. I would recommend Ray white lara to everyone. They are professional and lovely to deal with and very detailed in everything they do. I stayed with Ray white because of how incredible the Ray white lara office is. I have recommended them to all my friends and family and will continue too. Should I ever move back that way I will be more than happy to go through them again. They are the most professional and caring real estate team I have come across.

Jordan from Ray White Lara sold my unit in Lovely Banks within three days, however, had an offer the first day on the market. I was shocked by the price he was able to get me. The sale of my house lead to two other homeowners in the complex wanting to sell with Jordan. Jordan was extremely professional and committed to selling my house. Brad is the most prompt and efficient property manager I have ever come across. He always keeps me informed of what is going on in regards to my investment property, whether it be something urgent or non-urgent, he will always let me know as soon as possible and goes above and beyond. I am from Melbourne so having a trustworthy and reliable property manager is exactly what I need. I can safely say I trust him managing my properties. A property manager like Brad is hard to come by. I will definitely be a returning customer for my next property.

I’d like to take the time to thank Matty wade taylor. In searching for my new home he assisted me in the auctioning process which was quite daunting for me! He took the time to assist me in doing so and although I came up short on the day, I couldn’t falter his work ethic! It needs to be said that his drive for success for his clients goes well above any estate agent I’ve met and his consistent communication and response times to texts/calls are excellent!
