Great customer service can’t believe the other person who said they were rude etc I’d be worried they have self importance issues

For the freshest fades from the freshest barbers Melbourne has to offer... Cannot beat the treatment and the style that come from these gentleman... Than you fellas and see you every fortnight...

Barber rushed through my haircut, going back and forth between myself and another gentlemen, working on both of us simultaneously, instead of devoting his attention to one of us at a time. He seemed quite detached and unfriendly. It's very clear that he was trying to finish my cut and get me paid and out of the store as fast as possible, just to earn a quick dollar. Respect your customers, and treat them more than just a means of profit, otherwise they won't return.

Terrible service. Waited patiently for an hour, only to see someone who came after us taking the seat. Never going there again!! Pathetic

Advice for the business:Better you always label your trainees with a trainee tag and ask your customers if they are willing to be served by these trainees before ruining someone’s hair.

When your barber's chest has more hair than your own head, you know this is a good place...

Horrible horrible pathetic customer service and experience.My husband waited patiently for almost an hour with our 5 year old son. When our turn finally came, we were told another lady and her son were waiting before us which was not true.The way we were treated with all 3 barbers ganging up on us was despicable.There was no apology, please wait , have a seat, we will cater you next. Nothing nothing at all.I have been in the customer service industry for over 15 years and their treatment was a rule book of how a business should not serve their customers.Not to mention there was no concern that our son was left crying over their behaviour.

I'm not big on writing reviews but this one is a must so no one else will be their victim.I have waited for son's haircut patiently for over 40 mins and the owner keep entertaining other people rather than going turn by turn. Finally I asked him and he along with the other barbers started arguing as if I was lying in front of the other customers. It came to the point where one of the customers offered me the turn but I refused and left.The barbers were adment to cater the customers they knew. There was no customer services or courtesy.In fact one of the customers came back to get the hair fixed as they didn't do a good job.I will not recommend anyone to get the haircut at their shop.

They make you wait hours for service, and will continuously serve their friends or people who speak their own language first. It doesn't matter how early you show up, expect several people who show up after you to get their turn first.
